• New construction, 3-story with basement (6,980 gross square feet), front open porch with roof,
   rear open porch with roof, rear open porch with pergola and detached garage (790 square feet plus
   attic storage) with attic storage room. Single family residence equipped with fire sprinkling and
   emergency generator.

 • Village Players Theater - 
    1006 West Madison Street, Oak Park, Illinois
• Interior and exterior alterations and remodeling of existing community theater. Exterior
   alterations and improvements included new face brick masonry, new storefront windows,
   new storefront entry and new fabric awnings. Interior alterations and improvements included
   new office space build-out, remodeled foyer, remodeled ticketing, remodeled concessions
   and other miscellaneous improvements.
 • Single Family Residence - 
     1925 West Race Avenue, Chicago, Illinois
• New construction, 2-story (2,324 square feet) plus finished basement (1,162 square feet),
   4-bedroom, 3-1/2 bath, single family residence with rooftop deck and detached 2-car garage.
   Total square footage is 3,486. Associated site development.
 • Lylidale Progressive Missionary Baptist Church - 
     10706 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois
• Interior alterations to existing church including improvements located in the chapel, toilet
   rooms, foyers, fellowship hall, etc. Heating system improvements.

Except as noted otherwise, services performed by Panter Associates included monthly observations, monthly progress/pencil draw meeting attendance, certification of contractor’s applications for payments, associated reports (monthly observations, etc.) and associated correspondence. These services commenced after the loan approval and extended through the completion of the construction project. The services were performed for project lenders.
 • Mixed-Use Building - 13 Residential Units and 3 Commercial / Mercantile Units - 
     1726-32 West Division Street, Chicago, Illinois
• Renovation and gut remodel to existing 3-story mixed-use building with basement, new addition of
   a fourth (4th) floor (fourth story) located on top of the existing building and new 4-story building
   addition with a total (existing building plus new additions) of 21, 883 gross square feet. Site
   development includes a parking area with 6-standard parking spaces, 1-accessible parking space
   and 6-bycicle parking spaces. Six residential units have balconies and two residential units have
   rooftop terraces.
